These terms and conditions apply to services, content, digital and physical products. By choosing to participate in Soul Blume services, classes and events, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Services

Soul Blume provides services, including but not limited to:

• Guided mindfulness and somatic movement sessions 

• Energy healing 

• Private 1:1 life coaching sessions (mentorship)

• Group virtual movement classes

• Creative and spiritual guidance

• Educational workshops, programs and events

These sessions may be held online or, on occasion, in person. When you book or attend any of our offerings, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked through my online calendar link via TidyCal or by email at soulblume@proton.me 

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments are accepted on Tidycal via Payal. I also accept Zelle or VENMO. To pay through one of these alternatives, e-mail soulblume@proton.me with the service you’d like to book and I will send you an invoice.

• We do not offer refunds, but you may reschedule your session. Last minute cancellations with a written notice (via message or email) due to emergencies are understood and may be rescheduled when time is most convenient for you. Missed (no show) or canceled appointments with no written notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• For events or workshops, ticketed policies (including cancellation or transfer options) will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.

3. Your Responsibility

• Clients who take part in services and events organized by Soul Blume acknowledge that they understand and accept that exposure to somatic healing modalities such as breath work, yoga, Qi Gong and other forms of energy healing may include light physical movement as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction, and release of muscular tension.

• The Client accepts and understands that taking part in these activities and events could result in physical, emotional and energetic release; and that verbal and physical adjustments will be given as suggestions. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. It is the client's responsibility to consult with a physician or seek medical advice prior to participation in the class or session.

• The Client agrees to take full responsibility for any risk, loss, claim, injury, damage or liability which might incur as a result of participation in somatic energy healing sessions. Client specifically agrese to indemnify and hold harmless of Soul Blume from all liability, costs and damages which might arise from participation in the session.

4. Disclaimers

• All intuitive and psychic services included energy healing and guided somatic instruction are offered for spiritual insight and educational purposes only. Nothing shared in a session or event should be considered a substitute for professional advice—legal, medical, psychological, or financial. By engaging with Soul Blume services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own choices and interpretations.

• We encourage you to show up to sessions with openness and respect for your own journey. While sessions intend to support your journey, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your transformation is yours to lead, and Soul Blume is here to support, not replace, your personal wisdom or professional advice. You acknowledge that sessions are for spiritual and energetic insight only and do not replace medical, psychological, or financial advice.

• By reading Soul Blume terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions.

• The information from Soul Blume website, services, content, and digital products are for spiritual insight and educational purposes only. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional.

• All forms of content, posts and products (digital or physical) from Soul Blume may never be independently downloaded, reprinted, or re-distributed without the written permission of the author/creator. You may quote from Soul Blume’s work and content with appropriate accreditation. 

5. Events, Recordings & Media Use

• Some events may be recorded. I’ll always inform you in advance if a session or event is being recorded. The following Soul Blume virtual events will recorded: 

• Soul Blume virtual group movement classes will be recorded on Zoom for the purpose of a membership content library of digital resources. Participants will not be recorded, only the instructor. 

• Soul Blume special events, programming and workshops such as Soul Liberation, Soul Play, 420 Healing Rituals and more. Participants will not be recorded, only the instructor and event programming. Recordings are intended to be uploaded to the Soul Blume membership content library. 

• Soul Care Private Membership sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the client’s private database in Notion and be accessible only to Soul Blume and client. 

• All other private sessions such as Soul Ritual (single or package) may be recorded by the client. 

• By attending, you agree that Soul Blume may use images, videos, or anonymous testimonials from events or sessions for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing. If you'd prefer not to be included in any promotional material, please email me soulblume@proton.me and let me know ahead of time. 

6. Respectful Use

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who behaves in a harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive manner. This is a sacred space for growth, and we honor boundaries for the well-being of all.

7. Legality
